ZBR Productions is a production collective concisting of Rut Karin Zettergren, Lena Bergendahl and Jennifer Rainsford.
We are right now in the middle of a collaboration with Film Front Nairobi, concisting of Francis Ngira Okello, Joseph Mbuti och Edvine Maloba i Kenya. By using film as a medium we want to investigate how we relate to the image of "the other. -In which ways does the two groups approach a, for them, foreign culture and how do they use it as a tool to study their own culture?
Another project by the group is a documentary about the former LA-based rapper J-Ro of Tha Alkaholiks who a couple of years ago moved from USA to Malmö, Sweden. We are also running the web based page Crystal Beacon
